Grace MUKE – Assistant Manager – Audit & Accounting

« After I graduated from UNIKIN (University of Kinshasa) with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics, I was looking for a position to put my knowledge in analysis and modeling to use. I gradually started to think about getting into the financial professions and, at the same time, I got a first opportunity to join an audit firm as an Auditor.

After this first experience in a leading firm, I was attracted by BMCG’s growth and development prospects. I was directly assigned demanding missions for whom my level of responsibility grew rapidly. These missions taught me how to work autonomously while benefiting from the supervision of more experienced colleagues.

For two years at BMCG, I have been assigned to projects in many different companies (Automotive, Communication & Media, Transportation, Construction & Real Estate, Banking, and Forestry). These projects give me the opportunity to work closely with key executives (CFO, CEO, Board members, etc.). This close relationship with experienced leaders obviously plays a major part in my personal development.

Today, I am happy to be part of a dynamic team, full of ideas and projects. In the long term, my objective is to practice as a certified accountant in order to have the necessary assets to work my way up through the firm and evolve in an ever-changing profession. »
